The TA website team met in July to review the progress of the website. The TA website has now been live for one year and the team are delighted to see the number of visitors to the site continuing to rise (nearly 6,000). Word of the Wirral Teaching Assistants website has spread and other Local Authorities are commenting that they want to develop a similar tool for their teaching assistants.
The TA website has been designed by Teaching Assistants for Teaching Assistants. It is crucial that you use the anonymous feedback form to share your views and make suggestions. The team needs to know how to develop the site for you.
Feedback so far has included:
- Request for a TA forum
As the team only meet on a termly basis it would not possible for the TAs to maintain a Wirral forum. There are a number of TA forums already available on the internet. A quick google search will highlight them. There is also a TA forum available on http://www.standards.dfes.gov.uk/forums/
The team will meet again at the end of the Autumn term so there is plenty of time to review the website and send in your feedback. The team looks forward to hearing from you.
